• Drone footage does not affect the scope, schedule, or delivery timeline of the agreed production services

• Drone footage at the bundled rate of KSh 15,000 per shooting day is available only in combination with an “Video Shooting”, “Photo + Video Shooting (Bundle)”, or “Professional (Cinematic) Film Shooting” booking.

Travel beyond Malindi: KSh 75 per km

Calculated based on the one-way distance from Malindi to the shooting location, per shooting day.

For shooting locations located more than 150 km from Malindi, one additional travel day applies, charged at the agreed daily shooting rate of the booked service.

For long-distance locations exceeding 300 km from Malindi (for example Nairobi and beyond), travel costs may be quoted as a flat travel-day rate instead of distance-based charges, subject to prior agreement.

Delivery of Photos and Video

We aim to deliver your photos and video as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high standard of professional quality and careful post-production.

Standard delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and typically follows these timeframes, calculated from the date of the shoot or event:

Photography & Video (All Event Types)

• Edited photographs:4–8 weeks

• Final edited film (4K):8–12 weeks

Portrait Photography

• Portrait photos: 2 days per 3 selected images

Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the event, total volume of material, number of selected images, required level of retouching, and current workload.

Preview images, contact sheets, highlight selections, teasers, or draft versions may be provided at our discretion and do not constitute final delivery.

Post-production is a creative process. Final image selection, editing style, color grading, sequencing, and artistic interpretation remain at the professional discretion of the Photographer/Videographer.

During peak season or due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure, technical issues, or illness), delivery times may be extended. In such cases, the Client will be informed without undue delay.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery may be offered upon request and is subject to availability.
Any shortened delivery timeframe, prioritization, or additional conditions shall be individually agreed in writing and may be subject to additional fees. Express Delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
